Comes Through When You Really Need Them…

It was around 9am on the Sunday morning before the big snow/ice storm was to hit and getting out of bed my wife and I immediately realized our house was cold really cold. We have a small child so this was not a good thing. We called Casteel at 9:30am. They informed us on the phone it could possibly be much later that evening before they could make it out to our home because they had many calls already. The Casteel technician, Robert Gross, showed up BEFORE NOON and our house began heating up shortly thereafter. Freon or R-22 as its known in the trade, is being phased out. What does that mean for you? It means you can no longer purchase a new HVAC system that uses Freon. But wait? Can I still get Freon? Yes, you can for now AND Casteel Heating and Cooling, you won’t pay for Freon!

In 2010, manufacturers were to stop making R-22 according to the guidelines of the EPA. Now it has to be recycled and recovered and beginning in 2020, all R-22 used will need to be those types. For now, you can still get it and Casteel has it!

With over 35 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning field, Dennis has just about seen it all! Known as a perfectionist during his installation days has made Dennis the perfect manager to oversee quality and installation training within Casteel. Dennis ensures that every job installed meets his strict criteria of acceptance. The results of Dennis’s accomplishments have been tremendous. With customer satisfaction scores at an industry high, and failure rates and callbacks at an industry low, he has proven his ability.

Flying his C-172m Cessna Skyhawk is his passion, but Dennis also enjoys swimming, biking, running and spending time with his wife.
